As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and auditing complex smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Implement complex DeFi protocols including liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and lending markets.
- Optimize smart contract gas consumption and transaction throughput for high-volume environments.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to integrate on-chain logic with user interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous security reviews and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to open-source tooling and documentation within the Web3 community.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 smart contract development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and Rust, with hands-on experience deploying to mainnet.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), gas optimization techniques, and cryptographic principles.
- Experience with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
- Familiarity with security best practices, including OWASP standards and formal verification methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
