Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Lead paid media campaigns with $500K+ annual budgets, optimizing for CAC and ROAS
- Analyze performance data using Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 social specialists
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on brand positioning and crisis communications
- Produce viral content campaigns achieving 2M+ monthly impressions
- Drive measurable lead generation and conversion through social funnels
Qualifications
- 8+ years social media management with $1M+ campaign experience
- Proven track record scaling brand presence in competitive markets
- Advanced certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
- Expertise in social listening tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch)
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ successful content campaigns
- Experience managing B2B and B2C verticals in tech/finance sectors
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to travel quarterly to client sites (10% travel)
