Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels
- Lead paid social media campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC and ROAS
- Analyze performance data using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to refine content strategy
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 social media specialists
- Present quarterly social performance reports to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate social-first product launches
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of social media management experience with B2B/B2C brands
- Proven track record scaling social audiences (50K+ followers) and engagement rates
- Advanced certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite
- Portfolio demonstrating successful paid social campaigns with $100K+ budgets
- Expertise in social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprout Social)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of Fort Wayne's regional market dynamics
