Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications in a fully remote setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Atlanta and beyond to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in our systems.
- Contribute to the architecture of scalable cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
