Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and implement features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to travel for team off-sites (optional, 1-2 times a year).
