Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring of junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across all environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
- Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Express, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
