Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on complex architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment with strong self-discipline.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
