Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 15+ product deployments monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP Top 10 compliance
- Drive A/B testing initiatives for 3+ core features quarterly
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders biannually
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong background in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ production-level SaaS applications
- Ability to work EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM) for collaboration
