Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure system reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
