Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams using Agile methodologies
- Monitor system performance and implement scalability solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record with distributed systems architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex algorithms
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
