Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure automation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical communities
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architecture
- Proven track record with event-driven systems and message queues
- Strong foundation in system design and scalability patterns
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
