Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce coding standards across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and proposing innovative solutions to improve our product offerings.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Databases: Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
