Responsibilities

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance for 99.9% uptime across distributed environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Python/Java with cloud-native development
- Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and serverless architectures
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and JIRA workflow
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ full-stack applications
- Excellent written communication for async collaboration
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
