Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core applications.
- Optimize existing codebases for maximum performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI model fine-tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
