Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver solutions.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize system performance for speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to the engineering culture.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Node.js), Python, or Go.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively from home.
