Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on scalable systems and cloud architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming models.
- Cloud: Extensive experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
