Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Python and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog refinement ceremonies
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance analysis
- Document APIs and system architecture using Confluence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Python and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proven experience with AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Experience mentoring engineering teams
