Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead feature development in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and innovation labs
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across distributed systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless
- Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
