Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and tech stack evaluations
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless computing
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
