Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the technical design process, conducting architecture reviews and ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Proven experience working in a remote-first or fully distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
