Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineering team members.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
