Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the testing lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline implementation to ensure robust release management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
