Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing systems to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technologies: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
