Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Python and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance to achieve 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Python
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, EKS)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
