Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication channels.
