Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the remote team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
