Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Lead architectural discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep knowledge of at least one.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
