Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Design &amp; Development:</strong> Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software features using modern web technologies.</li><li><strong>Code Quality:</strong> Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and solve complex problems.</li><li><strong>Testing &amp; Deployment:</strong> Implement automated testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for production releases.</li><li><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team culture.</li><li><strong>Performance:</strong> Monitor application performance and optimize code to ensure fast, reliable user experiences.</li><li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Stay current with industry trends and propose new technologies or methodologies to improve our engineering processes.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.</li><li><strong>Tech Stack:</strong> Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and one or more cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Strong analytical and debugging skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.</li><li><strong>Remote Work:</strong> Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote or hybrid environment.</li><li><strong>Tools:</strong> Familiarity with version control systems (Git), agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and containerization tools (Docker).</li></ul>
