Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
