Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize microservices performance for high-traffic applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Lead code quality initiatives using SonarQube and unit testing
- Document system architecture and API specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design patterns
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
