Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical vision of the company.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure applications comply with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend services.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Style: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
