Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior developers
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality documentation
- Implement security best practices and compliance measures
- Drive innovation through prototyping and experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React/Node.js
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote environments
