Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and architectural planning sessions to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote engineering team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
