Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define the technical vision and execution plan for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, robust, and secure system architectures that align with business goals and industry standards.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Cloud) and evaluate their potential integration into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into long-term technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
