Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards for 2026 and beyond.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Spearhead the integration of hybrid cloud and quantum computing environments to prepare systems for future processing paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and provide technical mentorship to a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and performance, implementing optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput in real-time environments.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in critical scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Future-Proof Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, or blockchain integration is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, high-scale engineering challenges.
