Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview highly qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) for our client base using various sourcing channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from building a talent pipeline to extending offers and closing candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRM tools to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview rubrics, and success criteria.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights in Memphis and the broader US market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in closing hard-to-fill technical roles remotely.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Valid US work authorization is required.
