Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues for customers via phone and email with a focus on weekend coverage.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently to ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance and perform remote desktop assistance when necessary.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on the latest software patches and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
