- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Dragon) with efficiency
- Perform quality assurance reviews and edit transcripts for grammatical precision
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with senior editors to resolve ambiguous terminology and context
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client-specific style guides
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years professional transcription experience with verifiable portfolio
