Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications, from user research to final implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver user-centric solutions
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for remote design collaboration

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience working in fully remote environments with asynchronous communication
