Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS platforms, from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing across diverse markets
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers via async communication tools
- Create design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative improvements
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops and documentation
- Present work to stakeholders through recorded demos and async feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven track record of shipping user-centric products
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, Slack)
- Ability to self-manage projects across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
