Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for B2B SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing across 3 time zones
- Design responsive interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with Agile teams via Slack/Jira during flexible core hours (10AM-3PM CT)
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design iterations
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proven remote work proficiency with asynchronous communication skills
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent experience
- Certification in UX Research or Interaction Design preferred
