Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers using Agile methodologies
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user flows
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Ability to self-manage projects across multiple time zones
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech products preferred
- Relevant certification (e.g., UXPA, Nielsen Norman Group) a plus
