Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Maintain and evolve our design system library
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with remote work exposure
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a flexible environment
