Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for B2B SaaS applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours (10 AM-3 PM ET core)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
