Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with remote work portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in user research methodologies
