Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing across 3 time zones
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers via async/sync tools
- Design system maintenance and component library expansion
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops
- Track UX metrics and iterate based on data insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B design systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
- Experience with remote-first team collaboration tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Proven ability to manage asynchronous design workflows
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
