We're seeking a visionary designer to lead end-to-end UX projects, conduct user research, and create intuitive interfaces that drive measurable business results. Your expertise will shape our next-generation SaaS platform used by Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Develop design systems and ensure brand consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
