Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing via remote tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers via Slack/Jira
- Develop design systems and maintain UI documentation
- Present designs to stakeholders through virtual workshops
- Mentor junior designers through weekly syncs
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, InVision)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent experience
