Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and persona development
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system across multiple product lines
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design work
- Self-motivated with ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment
