Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive user flows and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design specifications.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating quickly to achieve project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
